Host: Dell Inspiron 14 7425 2-in-1 2021 - convertible with Fedora 39 (exported from Linux-Hardware.org)
PROBE ID
The Dell Inspiron 14 7425 2-in-1 convertible laptop originally came preinstalled with Windows 10. The installation of Fedora Linux 39 was seamless with nearly full out-of-box experience including both touchscreen and digital pen support. The reason is GNOME on Wayland had a regressive bug preventing the use of screen autorotation without the use of extension. The convertible suited well for not only general use, but also artists and students.

Hi, I would really appreciate help with this issue:
I just installed fedora on Acer chromebook 315 CB315-3H and the sound doesn't work, it says "Dummy output" when pressing the volume buttons. When I connect headphones with jack cable the output goes to built in speakers. When I connect bluetooth headphones they work fine.
Here is my probe:
https://linux-hardware.org/?probe=0083999b8a
I have Fedora 38 Workstation Edition and my kernel is Linux 6.3.6-200.fc38.x86_64.
Another thing is that the delete button doesn't work, it seems not to be "connected" to it's function? Same thing with some of the fn buttons, for example the round arrow button probably should refresh, another two window buttons, that might have something to do with desktops and screenshot etc. don't work either.
I've been also getting there weird errors, sometimes it was suddenly freezing and logging me out, it's shown on screenshots, I thought it might be related.
I dont care much about those other things, but I really need to fix the sound issue.
What I already did:
I made sure that the system is updated,
tried installing PulseAudioVolumeControl, then rebooted, that didnt work.
I would appreciate any help, I'm a begginer, but I can get help from my partner if something beyond my abilities is needed to fix it, but she doesn't know how to fix it either.
Thanks

The Small footprint DeskMini runs my TV.
Intel I7-9700
64GB of 2666 Mhz RAM
Samsung NVMe 970 EVO 1Tb
Sandisk SATA SSD 1Tb (backup drive)
Linux Fedora, currently the beta 38
I have an lm-sensor config that works for this system.
All sound and video seems to work, I have never had issues with Linux drivers on this system.
I have used the HDMI and the display ports on the DeskMini, can confirm both are working with full video and audio with a single HDMI cable or Display port to HDMI cable. (DP to HDMI gives me a higher refresh rate)
The system does VMs, email and video streaming well.
I am disappoint that I cannot justify an upgrade to the Rocket Lake DeskMini.

I am glad this device is recognized in Gnu Guix version 1.2.0 and 1.3.0
Everything Works very well. And it is correctly detected.
The only thing hw-probe it is unable to detect is the Operating System and version: GNU Guix. 1.3.0 and 1.2.0.
I tested in this two versions.
One link of probe id is: https://linux-hardware.org/?probe=a8a6fc0bc1
By the way this is my first post here.
Thanks to the hw-probe developers and I would encourage you to include the parameters in the package to detect the Gnu Guix Distro. guix.gnu.org
