Cannot detect Logitech Conferencecam Connect, not detect it on bluetooth

Hi Guys!

I really hope you can help me with this. I am so frustrated trying to resolve this the whole day. I used to have my Logitech Conferencecam Connect connected to this laptop a few years ago with no problems. I updated my system and now it cannot detect it at all.

I tried connecting using Bluetooth but was not detected either. My phone detected the Conferencecam using Bluetooth.
