Adata xenia 14 suspend

I recently bought this laptop and I'm having a problem when it goes to sleep. After a while of being suspended it does not wake up again and the option I have is to press and hold the power key to force a complete shutdown on. Can be a BIOS issue? Anyone with the same problem??
