PAC731x Trust Webcam doesn't work

Hi! I'm trying to get an old Trust webcam to work (here it is: https://www.trust.com/it/product/15354-). Doing 'lsusb' in terminal I get:

'Bus 003 Device 004: ID 093a:2621 Pixart Imaging, Inc. PAC731x Trust Webcam'

I spent some time searching online, and all I got is managing to start it with Cheese, doing

'LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so cheese'

but nothing is shown, it's all black. Clicking "Preferences" I can also see the name of the webcam, but it doesn't work.
