Network hardware works, but represented as detected

https://bsd-hardware.info/?probe=9ac4738956#pci:8086-a0f0-8086-0074 and https://bsd-hardware.info/?probe=9ac4738956#usb:07d1-3c03 were both working (both connected to a router) at the time of the probe. However:

• neither row shows works
• both rows show detected.

Why not works?

I can open an issue in GitHub, if necessary.
