IMC Networks Bluetooth Radio does not work in linux

When I start scanning for nearby bluetooth devices nothing is listed.
looking at https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/fedora-40-kde-bluetooth-turns-on-but-wont-detect-any-devices/118079
where the same BT device is discussed, It looks like the BT chipset is not supported by linux.
Please update the database to indicate that this bluetooth controller does not work.
