lost hw notes with details on how to make fingerprint work

Hi,

I'm a first time contributor to the hw database and I'm not sure I do everything correctly, please tell me if I'm missing something. I've uploaded my hw-probe and added a note on the fingerprint https://linux-hardware.org/?id=usb:0a5c-5843 (which is incorrectly identified by hw-probe as chipcard) regarding how to install drivers on Ubuntu 22.04. Submission of the note followed by a message something like "pending preview" but weeks later seems shown on the db.

Questions:
- How to know whether the note is lost or still pending approval?
- How make hw-probe detect this device correctly as a fingerprint reader and not chipcard?
