Probe: https://linux-hardware.org/?probe=ff42aa158f

When I do Skype test call or Zoom recording with microphone HyperX QuadCast S then I can hear myself correctly if my audio is set to USB headset or QuadCast audio output. However I barely hear myself if I use laptop audio (Built-in Audio in settings). My probe shows "This device has known problems" for "6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller" but I am not yet familiar how to dig into that hint. If I click link https://linux-hardware.org/?id=pci:8086-1c20-17aa-21cf then it doesn't show details why this device is problematic and searching forum for 8086-1c20-17aa-21cf didn't help either. Does linux-hardware.org DB contain such information or I just need to google why this sound is silent. Shall you offer an advice where to search the issue.

Built-in Audio is good enough when I open some YouTube video..
